With its old-meets-new eating and bar areas, there is a spot here to suit everyone. With exposed brickwork from the demolition, the deconstruct features within the venue evoke a work in progress feel. The drainage and air-conditioning ducts have largely been left exposed, contrasting the newer fit out with the original fabric of the building.
